1 Eight Rod way (Red Trail) 1.5 Miles to Lake Road Parking Entrance/Exit
2 Squire Chase farm (private). Stay on path.
3 Borden Brook and Slab Bridge. (one of many such bridges built by early settlers).
4 Mill Worker's Lot - A well-defined cellar hole and still discernible garden.
5 Start of Wordell Trail (Blue) Skirts private property to
6 Base of High Rock (A Challenging Climb) and rejoins Red Trail.
7 Mill Site (18th century Vertical Sawmill Stone Remains, Stone and earthen Dike and Arched Bridge.
8 Start Violet Trail - Loops through woods both sides of Gas Line Easement; rejoins red trail at
9 Walled-in farm site.
10 Lake Road Parking Entrance/Exit
11 Start of Indian Trail (yellow), 1.5 miles to Lafayette Road. Slab bridge over borden brook, West branch and barway to walled-in settler's lot.
12 Settler's Walled-in site.
13 Giant oak Tree, 11.37' Circumferance (May have served as 8 Rod Way boundary marker).
14 Lafayette road (West End) Parking Entrance/Exit
15 Wildcat Rock 170' elevation - Hemlock forest at base.
16 Lafayette Road (King Road End) Parking Entrance/Exit
